The Covenant

"The House honors its oaths. So too must those who enter."

When you acquire a relic from House Aranwë, you enter into a covenant — a mutual agreement of trust, quality, and transformation.

These are the terms by which the House operates. Read them with the same attention you would give to any sacred oath.

I. The Forging of Relics

Print-on-Demand Craftsmanship

House Aranwë operates through strategic partnership with master craftsmen. Each relic is forged only when summoned — created specifically for you upon order.

This means:

  • No mass production. No warehouse waste. Only intentional creation.
  • Forging time varies by relic type, typically 3-7 business days for production.
  • Once forged, your relic ships directly to you from our craftsmen.

Quality Assurance

Every relic bearing the sigil of House Aranwë is inspected before it leaves the forge. We do not compromise on quality.

If a relic arrives damaged, defective, or unworthy of the House standard, we will replace it without question.

II. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Orders (United States)

Standard shipping: 5-10 business days after forging is complete.

Total time from order to arrival: 8-17 business days (forging + shipping).

International Orders

Shipping times vary by region: 10-30 business days after forging.

International vassals may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes. These are beyond the House's dominion.

Tracking Your Relic

Once your relic leaves the forge, you will receive a tracking number via email. Guard it well.

If your relic does not arrive within the expected timeframe, petition the Court immediately at support@housearanwe.com.

III. Returns & Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Relics

If your relic arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the House will make it right.

Contact us within 30 days with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Size Exchanges

If a garment does not fit as expected, we offer one size exchange within 30 days of delivery.

The original relic must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. You cover return shipping; we cover the cost of forging and shipping the replacement.

Standard Returns

Due to the custom nature of our relics, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Choose wisely. Each relic is forged specifically for you.

IV. Payment & Security

All transactions are secured through Shopify's encrypted payment system.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Your financial information is never stored by House Aranwë. We do not see it. We do not keep it. It is protected by forces beyond our citadel.

V. Privacy & Data

House Aranwë collects only what is necessary to fulfill your order and communicate with you.

We collect:

  • Name and shipping address (to deliver your relic)
  • Email address (to send order updates and tracking)
  • Payment information (processed securely by Shopify, not stored by us)

We do not:

  • Sell your data to third parties
  • Spam you with unwanted emails
  • Share your information except as required to fulfill your order

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@housearanwe.com.

VI. The Oath of the House

"We forge with intention. We deliver with honor. We stand behind every relic that bears our sigil."

We are not a faceless corporation. We are an Order. And we answer for our actions.
